Do You Do Customs or Alterations?
We would love to help bring your visions to life! For custom jewelry requests, please feel free to email us with your ideas along with any reference or inspiration images you may have.
We offer free length adjustments for any of our necklaces. Simply add your preferred length in the comments box during checkout, and we’ll adjust it accordingly; if no length is specified, the default length listed in the item description will be used. For any other alterations to our existing jewelry selections, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll be happy to discuss your requests.
Where Do You Ship?
We currently offer shipping to all of Canada and the United States. For customers in the UK and Australia, please visit our Etsy store for shipping options.

How Long Does Shipping Take?
All items are ready to ship within 3-5 business days. We ship across Canada and the USA using ChitChats and Canada Post, and our shipping estimates are provided by these trusted carriers:
- Ontario: 2-4 business days
- Rest of Canada: 4-10 business days
- USA: 4-10 business days
Please keep in mind that shipping times may vary depending on factors such as the remoteness of your address, high-volume periods, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a clear returns and refunds policy. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item, and once we receive the returned product in its original condition, a full refund will be issued. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return postage costs, and if the item is not returned in its original condition, we may deduct any loss in value from the refund.

Allergen Information
Our jewelry is made with high-quality materials, including 18k plated gold, copper, and brass for our gold pieces, and durable stainless steel for our silver pieces. We recommend that individuals with metal allergies or sensitivities carefully review the materials used in our jewelry before making a purchase. Ultimately, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine whether these materials may cause an allergic reaction.
Should an allergic reaction occur, please contact us and we will be happy to offer a refund upon the return of the item.
